I have a 1987 Fiero Notchback. 4 cylinder. It is in good shape I have a new battery in it about a year old Started it about 3 weeks ago it is not driven hardly at all being it has antique plates on it. Have had what we thought were wiring issues. It wouldnt start5 but all lights and steroeo came on . I took the battery out to charge. It was my ex father in laws car. My son told me they drove it a lot and it would lety them sit. they would turn the key a lot and then after a while it would start. When I tried it had no clicks nothing . I am good with engines just not good with the electrical stuff. I dont know if it is the key switch or the starter etc. We did have it do this before and it was a wire we thought off the I guess wiring box neare the battery? and we splice a new wire and it was good but now back to the same ole shit. Sorry I cant be more specific. What should I look at? I do have a haynes manual.
