stuck please help

[sunbird 92 3.1]

I got the heads on n the lower intake on now i eas gonna put the upper on but the metal hose that goes from the egr valve to the exhaust has snapped where can i get another one other then the dealership dont wanna pay alotta money its a 1991 3.1 sunbird

Dude can you take a piece of fuel line and clamps and splice it on? a pic would help if you could get one

You might be able to find a piece of this stuff at an old hardware store or appliance repair shop.
If you were to buy that four pack on ebay I would be happy to but a stick for future fabrication.
Braze it in to the fittings.

That car was my favorite it ran better then all my other sunbirds almost all the vacuum lines were broken or dry rotted when i bought it the vinyl top was tore off i put a new one on the car didnt run so i had to replace the fuel pump and when i did it didnt work got another fuel pump and it didnt work either. So i put a new power wire and ground wire to the fuel pump and ran it off of a switch i put in the car. It also didnt have a hood latch so i bought some cheap thin wire from a auto store and made o e myself well that wire wound up touching the power wire to the switch and got so hot that the wire melted threa the battery cause it was hanging ontop of the battery and caught it on fire

I didnt even think of that stuff, they sell it at Home Depot / Lowes also, Or if you dont have emission testing in your area, just cut off the pipe at the lower fitting and braze the opening closed and screw it back the fitting. ( done that before on my old 80 Monza - air injection fittings on the cylinder head)

I usually just make block off plates for any EGR on my stuff anyway unless it works...............................................................

Well i got both ends welded shut but it caused my car to run like shit so i found the piece i needed off of a grand prix in the junk yard and got that welded on havent started the car yet waiting to get off work to give it a shot
