Sump plug won't budge!

Title says it all...

What can I do to get it off ? I've tried everything, I could cut it off but after the head is off how do I get the other bit out ?

I assume you mean the oil pan drain plug? You have been using a 6 sided wrench or socket to try to remove it?

I've tried every wrench/socket in my garage, and trust me, there is a lot in there!

Disaster over! I got the plug off after heating it up and giving it a few hard tugs with a breaker bar
