I'm trying to located the thermostat because mine is stuck open I'm pretty sure it's in side the over side radiator cap. But my question is if that's it does it just pull out of does it twist and pull or do I have to take that apart

Pulls straight up and out of the engine's mounted radiator cap, no tools needed......... thanks to clever German engineering.

Wow that's simple I didn't want to just start to pull on it but now that I no that ima fix that tomorrow

Mines Honda hard to pull out should I just keep pulling it does it screw out
