tail light fuse

i just bought a 00 grand am 3.4 had an oe radio that didnt work so i went to install aftermarket today to find out all of the wires have been cut and that would lead to why the tail lights and dash light and svs light is on is there any bypass to get the fuse to stop blow and tail lights and dash light to work ill run all new wires for radio

If the wires are cut and grounding out they will blow fuses, have you tried tapping the bare ends?

No wires are touching I'm wondering if wires got cut while batt was connected n got a short to the computer
