tail light issue

I have a 2001 aztek. The passenger side tail lights are intermittent. The lights wont work, but then will come on and work but go out again. I am wondering if I have a loose ground. where would i look to check grounds for one side of the tail lights?

any other thoughts on what might be wrong?

did you remove the bulbs and check the condition of the socket, no corrosion.
