Torque converter

have the motor in shop getting rebuilt. Should I replace the torque converter. I have no history on the one that is in now. Just thinking cheap insurance since I can get to it now.Would a 1300 stall be correct

What modifications if any should effect your decision on stall speed. 1,300 is fine for stock 69 Cat.

.068 cam. Changing to a 4 barrel carb and straight dual exhaust.

That's a nice cam and you probably could go higher on the stall speed but below 2,000.
What compression ratio?
