Torrent washer fluid pump

So my wifes Torrent had summer fluid in which froze a few weeks ago, now the pump won't work even though we thawed it out in the garage over Christmas. No sound form the pump or anything. Checked the fuse box but can't find one that is blown or one that is even for the washer fluid pump. Any help would be appreciated.

remove the pump, connect directly to 12v, if it doesnt work, replace, also check connector for 12v when button pushed
