Trans Am Door

Panel Removal? Does anyone know how to remove the interior door panel on a 1977 Pontiac Trans Am? I have tried doing it myself, but am stuck on getting the whole thing off. If someone could give me detailed instructions that would be great.

there will be some screwes in the door handle part, remove those first, then the chrome trim at the top, you will have to lift up on that, then the bottom, there is clips inside there. If its a manual windo, take the lever off also... then lift it over the door lock, or take the lock off completely, dont matter... some parts are clipped in on the inside of the door so you will have to pop them out... its really not to bad... dont worry about breaking anything.. they are pretty durable...
