firebird? i was looking at a turbo system for a 98-02 firebird, and it was saying that it would support 600 rwhp. so does that mean it has or it just supports? and what exactly is rwhp? please explain it to me. is this good for a firebird?

The term RWHP (Rear Wheel Horse Power) refers to the Horsepower at the rear wheels when measured by a dynomometer..
putting a turbo on a LS1 type engine will require lots of modifications to the cooling / intake /exhaust systems and HP output will very depending on what mods and the size of the turbo ..
when the turbo kit you were looking at said it will support 600 RWHP that means with the proper set up and parts and Mods it may produce that HP ..
what they mostly fail to tell people is the engine may NOT be able to handle the extra HP unless major mods (read EXPENSIVE) work is also done to make the HP safely without overtaxing the stock engine /drivetrain ..
turbos are getting better but you could still expect to spend $5000.00 for a decent set up with all the associated plumbing and work required...
