Turbo wheel restoration

ok, since i'm new, i did my due diligence w/search funtion and notta.

just purchased a set of 79-81 Turbo wheels. they need refinished.
googled til i was blue in face and came up empty.

they are in very nice cond. no curb rash and peeling clearcoat/paint.

anyone have links or advice on how to properly refinish these wheels w/o damage.
the ones i have are gold. will be changing to silver or charcoalish color.

figured these will be nice practice before i even tackle snowflakes.

any pics would be super.

i use eastwood stuff alot. good stuff.

just lookin for a little advice or tips of what or what not to do.
never done aluminum wheel resto.
