just changed bulb in the dash for the right turn signal , the lights blink like they should but the indicator light on the dash doesn't work the left does but not the right ,the way you put it back into the dash makes me wonder hot it gets power to work.
 
Assuming the new bulb isn't defective, can you test the contacts with a voltmeter?
 
was wondering about that where are contacts?
Didn't you plug the bulb socket into a circuit board?

the bulb plugs into a piece that you remove from the back of the gauge and you replace it ,it turns like a light socket no wires run to it I guess there is a connection in gauge

Yes the bulb plugs into a removable socket which has contacts on it that touch the circuit board.
 
yeah replaced the socket still nothing i'll try to check it tomorrow, thinking checking with volt meter , is it a easy thing to replace the board? its thin like paper don't know what or how it connects to power

Recommend the factory shop manual, step by step instructions.
