I was recently involved in a rear end collision (my car being the one that got hit) and when I got hit my whole head unit for my radio came out. Ever since then both turn signals, my instrument gauge, AC lights and gear lights all flash at the same time. I’m assuming something somewhere is loose as it doesn’t happen consistently but whenever I go over a bump in the road all of that will start flashing and a tick will come from the instrument gauge. Does anyone have any idea as to what might be causing this? I know it’s not my hazards as those still work.

Who installed that radio, a factory radio would not come out in a rear end collision.
I assume it is a aftermarket radio and somebody did not correctly install it with a wiring harness and just spliced wires together.
The unit has to be removed and all the wiring checked for a bad connection.
