Turn signals/hazard lights not flashing

My turn signal lights and hazards stopped flashing.I did have a clicking sound going on for the past year,but that stopped when the flashers stopped working.I was told it was probably the turn signal switch or maybe the relay,I need help!

It's probably the relay located in the dash.
