Underside tips?

Hi all. Picking this '66 Tempest up on Friday. I thought the bottom looked really good. Any particular areas i should be looking at? I'm having it checked out at a mechanic before I purchase it. I included some pics below. Thanks!

Main frame structure appears to be in good condition. Exhaust system seems to be pretty new. Having it checked first is a great idea. Good idea to check the engine code to see whether you are getting the original engine. Good luck.
