I've confirmed I have a vacuum leak. It's not a small one, it's at the point where my rpm"s are idling at 2500 to 3000. Can any one tell me where it's coming from. Thanks

What engine? What year? Has any work been recently done to it?

Se 85 2.8 liter. No engine work recently except for linkage work

Something got knocked loose or disconnected. Check all vac hoses. If you can't find any that are off or cracked, try some WD40 sprayed at the junction of the intake manifold and the heads. If the gasket is bad, the WD will dissapear. Plug vac hose to brake booster to see if it has failed. All your rubber parts are now 26 yrs old.

Would it be easy to replace all the vacuum lines?

Shouldn't be too difficult. There really aren't too many. If there are specially molded ones, they may be hard to find but a little ingenuity could duplicate the function. Any parts store will have most sizes, not expensive. Just my opinion.

I had this problem also. It was found that I had a cracked metal vacuum line from the EGR valve that goes underneath the air plenum. It was where you couldn't see it. I'm on my 4th Fiero and I experienced this again, but this time it was a vacuum line I missed putting back on myself from taking the air plenum off. Felt like an idiot the 2nd time. hope this helps.
