Vacuum leak

Hoping for some insight.

I have a very noticeable vacuum leak on my 2005.

Preface: I had to replace some heater hoses and crossover pipes. I managed to reattach everything - so I thought. I DID dislodge the plastic pipe that comes from the "back" of the engine where the spark plug block and runs to the topside of the throttle body intake tube. I think I have it reconnected in the back, but am not completely sure.

There is an audible leak and I'm getting a "lean condition bank 1" condition.

Are there extra hoses I might have knocked loose? Where does that throttle body tube attach? I found what I thought was the correct port, but I can't see back there, so if anyone has pics or suggestions on where to feel/look around, I'd be grateful.

have you tried using a mirror in the areas where you have a hard time seeing?
if you can actually hear the leak you should be able to trace the source, try holding a section of rubber hose to your ear and move the other end around the area where you suspect a leak.

Thanks for the advice - I didn't need it after all...

There was a bolt that was not replaced on the top backside of the intake, thought it was just a bolt to hold spark plug wire clip in place, so, I replaced the bolt just in case.

The little tube that runs to the front of the block (PCV valve maybe?) and under the throttle cable bracket had come unplugged from it's middle "T" connector - found that out when I started moving things around.

Now, NO CODES and NO SUCKING SOUND!! Huzzah!

There's more to be done on my albatross, so I'll be back soon no doubt, hahaha!
