Vibration when decelerating

Hello, I have looked around and can't seem to find this exact problem. I have ano 03 Montana and when I let off the gas at any speed, I get a vibration like a motor mount is bad. However the problem only occurs when the vehicle is in gear. Would this be a sign of specifically the transmission mount or something worse?? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated as I don't have a ton of funds to dump into the wrong repairs.

i would check the motor/transmission mounts and make sure the exhaust system isnt touching anything.
