Warning lights

My ABS Service, Stability Control service, Traction Control lights all came on at once. Also, I have no ABS and no traction control. It all happened starting the van one morning in -40 degrees. Might it be a fuse?

It could be but if no blown fuses are found the system has to be scanned for codes.
