07 torrent, original owner, 30000 miles, (50000 km).
Since new, the washer pump does not work below 15F (-12C)
Fluid is the -45 green stuff. Not frozen.
There is a hose joiner on the left inner fender, near the tank, so I undo the connection, and use human air power to blow air in the lines, I'm able to blow whatever fluid is in the lines, and I can hear and see bubbles blowing into the bottle. So the fluid is not frozen. Seems like the pump itself fails when it gets to cold.
Anyone else see this?
