What are some V8 engines and manual transmissions I can put in a 1983...

...Pontiac Firebird SE? It currently has a V6, what changes do I have to make to put a V8 in it?
What changes do I have to make to put a manual transmission in a automatic car?
Would a corvette engine and transmission fit good?

The v6 Transmission will not bolt up to a v8. Any gm motor froma 283 to a 572 will fit.
