what engine would be compatible for a 91 firebird??? p l e a s e help!!!!!?

i recently threw a rod in my firebird racing a mustang gt on th interstate.i understand that my engine is destroyed and i need a new motor,what engine's would fit and be suitable....302,305,289?! it originnaly had a chevy 305 with 285,000 miles on it.any help from a seasoned pontiac driver or just anybody with knowledge concerning blowing a rod would be appreciated......PLEASE,PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

Put a 350 in it. If you change the injectors (19 to 24 lb/hr) the 305 computer should run it.
