What to do with my sunbird (motor fried)

well I fried my car's motor today... Now I have many options fix it, leave it, buy new new car, or buy newer. I checked the oil yesterday when I gassed up on that car. It was low to none and I also happened to buy oil that same day + a new filter I was gonna change it but the auto hobby shop here on base was closed... So I didn't and now regret that! So what are my options its a 1994 Pontiac Sunbird 3.1l v6 with a 5 speed manual transmission. Body is in decent shape for what it is and how old. Interior needs new head liner the rest is good to okay. I have spare bulbs and what not too. Are there any desired parts I can sell and part out or who would like to take it off my hands for a reasonable price?
