What to pay for Fiero.

I have found an 86 Fiero SE in a back yard that has been sitting for 6 years.
It has the 2M4 in it with auto.
The older lady says it ran when she parked it but she has to find the key.
The car is complete and not one thing is missing off it.
It does have four flat tires and looks as if it is resting on or nearly on its frame on the ground.
What should I offer her for this car?
How hard would it be to get this car jacked up to get the wheels off?

Ive only bought two fieros but if it were me i would offer her 350 assuming that the interior and bodywork are in fairly decent shape with average kilometers. Make sure that the rims aren't bent either otherwise your going to be paying more for tires than the car. Hope this helps

Got the car for 200.
Tires hold air but need replaced soon.
Interior is in bad shape, but this is a project car that hopefully runs or it will be a parts car.
