I have a 1970 Pontiac Firebird Esprit with a 350 Pontiac engine. I was wanting to add some reliable performance with a cam and four barrel carb and intake. What would work the best for my setup?

need more information, what transmission manual or automatic, what rear end gear ratio?

Going to get some dual exhaust put on and then headers depending on how hard they are to get on. My goal for this engine is performance on a budget. I just want a good daily driver with some more power. This setup will be temporary for a couple years until i either build the 350 to keep it original or get a 400 or 455 to build down the road. I want a nice lopely exhaust note as well.

If you are looking for a lope exhaust look at the Competition Cams Thumpr cams. Intake wise look at what Edelbrock has. If you have a Quadrajet keep it, otherwise look at a Holley of about 650 CFM with vacuum secondaries and electric choke.
