whats the factory amp remote turn on!!!!???? pontiac grand am 01?

so i got three diff answers..pink, blue with white, and dark green...and where does this go? to a 12 volt dc or another cable from the headunit? a ****ing guy ruined my harness so now i have to hook it up manually

It all depends on if your vehicle actually came with a amp or not. It should have a RPO code of U85 if it does suppose to have an amp.

The amp has about 10 wires going to it, all the speakers are wired to it directly.

Not sure about your question. But should be an Orange wire for 12V bat power which is hot at all times

Purple wire for the serial data & communications

Brown wire for the Park Lamp illumination

Gray wire for interior light from cluster illumination

Black wire is a ground

Black wire with white tracer is a ground wire also

Dark green goes to a antenna amplifier module
