i have a 65 catalina i’m to put 22s on it staggered does anyone have staggered wheels on there catalina if so what is the front and rear tire size you are using and if not do anyone have any knowledge of the the widest wiidth tire i can put on the rear

You need a shop that has a wheel mockup tool that can measure more than just wheel diameter. Backspace and off set also have to be determined and maximum tire width and diameter. Plus the unknown condition of your springs makes it impossible to give you accurate information over the internet.
