Many auto parts stores will carry the touch-up paint - both in aerosol and dab-on, along with clearcoat. Orange may be one of those unusual colors where sales aren't great enough to justify the cost of carrying the item by the local store.
If nothing else, check with the dealer, but be prepared to pay a bit more.
