I have had a problem with my car in the summer after driving for over an hour my car would need to cool down before refiring. when i turned the key on all power came on but just dead, doesn't attempt to turn over or anything. Now my car is in my garage cold and is doing the same thing. When the key is turned on all power is on and new battery installed but it does not click or even attempt to turn over. The only sound is a click in the rear of the car, im assuming its coming from the starter. Anyone have any ideas for me.. I was going to chang out the ignition lock and switch but after hearing that click from the starter, was thinking that may be my problem
thanks

I think you answered your own question ... I would start with the starter.

Since it is not a cheap part you might want to try a junk yard to get a replacement.
That's how I replaced a lot of parts on my '87 Lebaron Turbo.

Hope this helps and good luck ...
