I am turning my car into a drag and want to know if I can put 15" rims over the stock 12" rotors without them rubbing?

Depends on the wheel. Bogarts fit with no grinding along with Holeshot brand wheels. You will need the proper backspacing which would be 7 1/2in on the rear. Front really don't matter with skinneys. Weld made a Pro Star XP that fit but discontinued them quick. For the Weld Draglites or Pro Stars to fit you will need to grind your rear calipers, sometimes pretty far. Oh yeah, Weld Convo Pro's and a select few other drag wheels will fit with no grinding. Usually your high dollar wheel.
