Will a 3.5L v-6 out of a 2005 Relay fit in my 2002 pontiac montana?

Engine out of a 3.5L v-6 2005 Relay, will it fit in my 2002 Pontiac Montana FWD that currently has a blown 3.4L v-6? Will anything have to be converted?
Also, if this will not fit, what other cars have the same motor?

Maybe I'm somewhat out of touch but who made the 2005 Relay?
