will a 77 door fit on a 73

may have a lead to buy a 73 trans am 455 auto , but it mat need doors can get a set o good 77 doors will the work on a 73
 
As long as it is a firebird/trans am door, it will work. Camaro doors are different and WILL NOT work. You may as well do bushings and pins when you take the door off and they only cost about $10 for a kit if I remember right. It would save you hassles of when the door has a mirror finish paint job on it from scratching!

yes it is a firebird door . why do the list the repo one 1975 to 1980 is there any difference in the doors
 
I knew from before that the actual body had been different from the 1970-1974 than the 1975-1981 because the rear window had been different. I had just done some researching and it does show that they are different. As far as what is different, I can`t tell you. I had known that the hoods, bumpers, and fenders had been slightly different but had thought trunk lids and doors were the same.
