Hello again!
I have another quick question hoping someone might have some ideas.
I have wind noise coming from the passenger side area and I am trying to figure out where it could be coming from and how to fix it.
I have taken the mirror off and packed it with soundproofing foam.
I also noticed a bit of rust at the bottom outer corner under the windshield trim, so I removed / pulled out the trim, cleaned all the rust and put an epoxy filler and the trim back so that area is tight.

Any help would be great!

what is the condition of the rubber doors seals, they compress over time and can cause a wind noise.

The window seal is in good condition (pic attached).
I think the door may need some adjustment via the hinges and striker, but I am not sure how to do this.
I am going to try the taping around the door method later today to see if the noise is coming from the door or window area.

I noticed the passenger door has a small amount of play when lifting from the bottom of the door.
Is tightening / replacing the hinges something I might be able to do myself or best left to an auto body shop or dealer?

you cannt tighten a hinge. Check if you have replaceable pins otherwise you need a pair of hinges. Dont know your skill level but there are videos showing people replacing hinges

I did the tape test yesterday and ended with success!
There was a very small area along the window trim that was not tight. I purchased a tube of free flowing silicone for window seals and all quiet now!
