Window motors

Need to replace the window motors in my '96 SE. I've pulled the door panel (which needs to be replaced too) and it looks as though the motors are riveted in. Is there a step by step or diagram of how to replace the motors? My Haynes manual just doens't have the info.

Did you check if the replacement motors come with attaching hardware, if so, they expect you to drill out the rivets. A good source to check is autozone once you sign up you have access to their help system.

Drill out the rivets and relpace them with bolts.

They came with what look like mounting brackets, just no fasteners.
