Winter Maintenance

I have a 96 z28 and would like to do some fluid/filter maintenance , I want to start it up to warm up the oil to change it but not sure how long to let it run? If it is a short time won't I get condensation/water in the mufflers/exhaust ? I can drive it a little if needed but want to stay out of the salt. Whats everyone's opinion ?

If you normally dont drive it this time of the year and it has sat for awhile all the oil is in the pan. Just give it some extra time to drain completely out since it is cold and wont flow as well as if it was hot.
