What year is the car?
What are the two large cables connected to?
Many of the wires do not look original .

its a 1963 catralina the 2 large red cabels is going from the batteri to the starter, im not sure about the rest of the cabels :-)

Below is a link to a 1963 Catalina battery cable.
The positive cable does not consist of two cables.
I believe somebody replaced the original cable with what you currently see.
None of those wires look factory original.
In 1963 that plastic conduit was not used.
You will have to trace the wires to see what their function is.
Did someone add an alarm system or some other modification to the car?

That is the Horn Relay if I remember correctly, its been a long time sense I have owned a 63 Bonneville

He means the part to the left of the relay where all the wires are connected.

Looking on line all the original cars seem to have it, but I am not sure what it is. I will ask the 63 Pontiac expert I know and see if he knows what it is called.

In the first picture by scoppex it looks like the metal relay cover has been broken off the plastic, taking the relay with it.

I agree with Kraig1957, while the picture he posted may not be the exact part type (possible different year or Division) but the correct type of part.

Maybe my old memory isn't as bad as i thought. LOL
