So, when I got this car a year ago, we put on a new fuel pump, worked fine. A few months ago it started dying spontaneously, ended up being a bad battery. In November, it just wouldn't start one day. My husband was looking at the fuel pressure regulator and the vacuum hose broke in two when he touched it; the inside smelled like fuel so he replaced the regulator. The car worked for about a week, then the same thing, it would fire but wouldn't stay running. He checked for codes, it said camshaft sensor needed replacement, done. Then he looked under the hood again and a few other small hoses had cracked and snapped completely when he touched them. Now there is a hose on the throttle body (I think it is, anyway) that looks like it reaches behind the engine that isn't hooked up to anything. The car won't even fire since they snapped. The starter goes, but nothing else. I think maybe that line is actually more important than my husband thinks :X
I'm not a mechanic. If someone knows where that line goes that would be helpful. I'll put a picture up in a bit.
