Hmm, no experience with the parts you've listed. Perhaps consider trading your car and use the money from the sale along with what you're proposing to spend and just get a TransAm?
 
Dont spend the money on the Airaid Poweraid TBS Throttle Body Spacer, because they dont really do that much of a job in performance, i recommend just buying a kn air filter....the do the same performance and add better gas milage to the car.
 
The problem is you are trying to get performance from a car that is NOT made for it ...
don't waste money on dumb stuff like the Airaid junk , The hedder/exhaust may give you better low end and some mileage, That and an intake kit with an good air filter .. but don't expect it to be a racecar..
