Yellow Bird sitting for 5 years

Ok My firebird has been sitting for 5 years with the regular turn around in the drive once in a while. Have been fixing all sorts of things but I think I have to drain the fuel tank (Which is full up) Car is running lumpy and back firing.
Need to belt it down the interstate to clean the cobwebs out.
I have fixed most of the stuff like trunk pull down and new light motors etc but the windows are confusing me.
Both windows used to work but only when they wanted to. They got very slow and sometimes I used to have to wait a while and they would work again. Now 5 years later not at all. I can hear clicking somwhere but no go. Is there a relay some where? I see lots of threads that the motors go but both at the same time?
Any help would be great.Thanks

what year car are you referring to? If the car has sat for 5 years, I would start with opening the door panels and see if power is going to the window motors. The tracks may have dirt/grease, same with the gears may have dried lub.

92. I have found the relay under the dash and there seems to be something wrong with it according to the sounds coming out of it!
