World Expo in 86 was in Vancouver, BC, the theme was transportation.

Special dealer prepped car ? You would have to ask the owner for more info, nothing on the net about it.

That's disappointing Bill, that is an interesting example for a good price! But there will be another one, hopefully driven by a non smoker!
 
Bill, here is a 84 Turbo Convertible in OH10 its even a manual trans car. Looks pretty good to me for the $3800.00 asking price. Not as sharp looking as that Canadian expo car but very nice and a lot closer to you.

I'm just glad I found this forum! There really just isn't anything on mid 80's sunbirds readily available on the internet. I just picked up a 84 sunbird convertable, manual 5 speed without the turbo and 94000 original miles. Once I get my overheating issue sorted out I think i'm really gonna like this car.
 
Still no luck finding an '86-'87 Sunbird GT Hatchback. The one in the junkyard in Ohio was too far gone by the time I got there. Haven't seen one since.
