1998 2.4L Camshaft Position Sensor Location

The sensor that is mounted on the head above the exhaust manifold, is that the CPS? I circled it in the picture below.

Another question, what's the sensor that is located under the cover next to the spark plugs?

Here are a couple pics of the other sensor that I was talking about. I was going to remove the cover for a better angle on the picture but didn't feel like it since the engine was hot...

This is a guess, coolant temperature sensor. To verify pull the plug and see what that does to the gauge reading. You dont have a manual to check it?

The coolant temp. sensor is actually on the water outlet housing.

Yep, I would say that is the coolant temp sensor. The first sensor you showed (in your OP) looks like the camshaft position sensor.

Thanks, that helped a lot. I couldn't quite see all the letters in the diagram so I blew it up and printed it out. With a pen I marked all the letters on the picture so I could see them better. And all the ones I didn't know, I looked in my repair manual and it looks like it's the "Oil Pressure Switch".

But my car has ABS so it might look a little different, not sure.
