I feel like I may be on the brink of an answer for the infrequent (but increasing) lack of fuel pump power. When I crawl underneath the car, there is a spot where three different connectors plug in to what I believe is the fuel pump. The fuel pump harness has (4) wires, but I don't think that is causing the issue. There is another connector with a double row that has a total of (7) wires that I would like to replace as whenever I can't get power to the fuel pump, I will remove and reseat this connector and it will then usually start right up. I finally got a glimpse of a code today as well. P0452. So, two questions.
What is this 7 wire double connector so I can look for the correct replacement (I did initially think it was the fuel pump harness, but a trip to my local AutoZone proved me wrong).
Will the P0452 lead me anywhere? Will the two combined (loosed connectors and code) cause the car to randomly die while driving and prevent power to the fuel pump?
Thank you.
