I'm sure that carb is full of rust inside, does it start with brake cleaner or gas poured in the carb?

Not yet. I opened the carb up and cleaned it with carburetor cleaner. Someone suggested that the timing sounds to advanced, I'm going to try to retard it later on today.

Timing is wrecked, I turned the distributor by hand, it moved easily.
