Hey new here, I have 99 GT with 2.4 ov , did a total overhaul on the motor, all new everything in the motor and new fuel filter, all new sensors, Battery.
Runs down the road great, when cold start it idles at 600 rpm, but after it worms up it drops to about 200 rpm, does not die out when in gear, takes off from stop okay, when setting still in gear it is still at 200 rpm, when i replaced the fuel filter i had to replace part of the fuel line also, when i was bending it it kinked a little, Could this be a Fuel Pressure issue do to the kinked line???
I just can't figure it out.
If it had a wire hooked to it I replaced it on the sensors, cleaned all the throttle body, no vacuum leaks??????
it seems to have bad fuel mileage also, but haven't driven it enough to know
Help Please

do you have a check engine light on? have you checked the IAC valve and passage way for carbon build up?

engine light IAC

No engine light on, new iac valve cleaned all air intake parts of carbon, even tried another new iac, because i thought i got a new bad one, I read somewhere that the IAC sometimes needs to be reprogrammed, not sure what they meant by that.
There is an oil residue in the air intake manifold, from when the engine leaked and was burning oil that's why I did a total rebuild

Thanks for the info, I will see if any of it helps, if it is the PCM do I have to take it to a dealer or just to some one with all the new Computer reader equipment?

a well equipped private shop would have the necessary reader
