I already checked the thermostat, fan relays, cooling temp sensor, and water pump. When the car is 195 degrees, the cooling fans sometimes start, but after driving 10-15 miles they don't start.

First idle your car for a minute and lift the hood and see if there is any coolant coming out anywhere. Then, check the housing hooked to your heads, and if that doesn't work you might want to change your tank. 1 bolt, 1 hose, 5 minutes, 5 dollars at Pull-A-Part or something near you. If not you've warped your heads.

Is there bubbling in the coolant tank? If there is, you need to have the radiator checked for hydrocarbons. If they are present the head gasket is suspect.

Zimgxp, look at the date of the original poster and the word Yahoo, they will never see anybodys response, thanks for helping out though.
