so i bought this 96 sunfire the other day that needed some work. brake pedal went all the way to the floor and barely stops. master cylinder reservoir was like empty. i filled it up and pumped brakes for about ten minutes and pulled car forward and saw no spots, and pedal still had no resistance and fluid was full? i thought maybe it was the master cylinder....but that would not explain why i lost fluid in the first place. took it in to the shop i work at (10 miles away) and checked fluid again nearly empty...filled resovoir up and pumped it again, pedal was still spongy but i lifted car on hoist and saw that fluid was rainind out of right rear drum. cylinder was blown out so i replaced that and went to go bleed system.... good steady stream in from two brakes. left rear looks like no air bubbles but kind of a weak stream. and right rear (one i just replaced cylinder on) nothing at all after pumping for like 20 min. pedal still spongy. i put a hose on the bleeder valve and put hose in a bottle of fluid and began to pump. no fluid or air going into bottle.... kinda stumped on what it may be?? any advice??
